I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
One day I got a call from on of the HR ladies, and I had no idea it was an interview until later in our conversation. She was very nice and it did not take very long. She explained to me a bit more of what the company is about and what to expect. Immediately after I finished my interview with her she told me when I would start. I was quite surprised, but excited at the same time for her quick response.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2026
Interview
Received an email from a recruiter about wanting to set up a phone screen. We set up a time but I never got a call from the recruiter. 10 minutes after the scheduled time, I sent an email just wanting to make sure if everything was alright and whether or not the interview was still happening to which I got no response. After a few days, the recruiter sent me an email saying they need my phone number. Completely ignored my previous email. All the email was in the same thread so this person definitely saw my previous email. No acknowledgment, no apology nothing. After I replied to this email with my number and new availabilities I got completely ghosted.
