You send in your resume to one of the hiring managers and then they call you schedule a date. One face to face interview with the HR manager. It was the standard behavioural questions like "Name a time you had to overcome a challege..etc". More of a conversation and less of an interview. Dress code was semi-formal, I did not wear a suit. Afterwards you had to fill out a test to see if you math skills were to par. Overall, easy interview.

very easy, wonderful experience! The interviewer made me feel very comfortable. It was just over the phone through a recommendation from the Victoria DSL. He just asked a series of basic questions, all very easy and low pressure.
