Contacted via LinkedIn, scheduling is pretty good. Did phone screening with HR, and then phone interview with the hiring manager. Lastly, I was invited on-site, and met with few people, mostly manager level and above. Interview took about half a day. The process takes quite a while. It was a blizzard when I got there, but surprisingly everyone made an effort to meet me. The interviewers are nice and polite, and make you feel comfortable.
