After I applied online for this position I was contacted by phone and an interview was set up with a panel of three-four people. I then went on a test run with an RSR up by where I lived as a kind of second interview. They then offered me the job and I was in training for four weeks before I was put on my assigned route as a swing.

Video calling interview through Google duo, very relaxed feeling, simple conversation with Hiring manager for that region, open flowing interview felt more like a conversation, hiring manager did a good job to make me feel comfortable
