The interview process at PepsiCo was efficient and well-organized. The recruiters were communicative, the questions and answers were insightful, and the overall experience was positive. I appreciated the professionalism and clarity throughout.
Lighthearted and reasonably long, not too intimidating, doesn't give difficult to answer questions. Very friendly interviewer, company was very quick to give updates. Good experience overall, asked a lot of scope questions.
