It was a behavioral interview after the company showed up at the career fair and I applied through their website. Pretty general questions like: instances where I showed leadership and team-based skills, a time I failed at an event and what I did about it. Lasted about 30 minutes

Mine was a completely behavioral based interview with 5 main questions. Be prepared to give personal stories/examples to back up your answers to their questions. It was an enjoyable interview and felt more like a conversation rather than an interview as long as you have some good experience to talk about.
