I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter. Recruited scheduled a phone screen. On the day of the phone call recruiter was later so I emailed her. When she called the phone was disconnecting so we could not talk. Then she emailed about rescheduling and after I replied with my availability, she ghosted me.
