After an internal referral, I received a an initial HR phone screen. This was followed by a required 1.5 hour online test of both personality and logical reasoning. After this I had phone interview with the hiring manager which went well. Another 1.5 hour personality test was required after this, bringing total test time to 3 hours.
I was then invited for an onsite interview. Due to a snowstorm, the onsite interview was cancelled last minute and changed to a set of video interviews. The video interview system worked for me, but was too complex for some of my interviewers and I did not see video feeds of half of them. Additionally, I was told by the technology people I still had to do audio via a phone call while using the video on my computer. This made it incredibly awkward speaking to a computer camera over a phone where they could still see me and I could not see anything. It made for a fairly unprofessional experience.
Following the video interview, I was notified a week later that I was not selected for the position via a form letter. I attempted to follow up with the HR representative asking for constructing feedback that I may be able to use in the future and received no response back.
Overall the experience felt like it took a lot of time (through tests), was unprofessional (with the video interviews), and lacked helpfulness. Due to the experience, it felt I was also left with questions on whether or not fair consideration was given.
