PepsiCo interview questions

Application: Submitted an online application and was contacted by a corporate recruiter shortly after. First Round: Phone interview with corporate recruiter. The recruiter walked through my resume in a very detailed way and we discussed nearly every bullet. It seemed casual and all of the questions focused around what was listed on my resume. This lasted nearly an hour. Second Round: Onsite visit at HQ in New York with four hour long face to face interviews with Directors and VPs. Each interviewer had behavior based questions focused on a specific target area. There was also one interview based on a case scenario - pretty basic stuff. No questions were out of the ordinary or unexpected. The office seemed very formal and everyone was pleasant and seemed happy to be at work. Recommendation: Research the website and find out what's important to them. From this, you will be able to anticipate the interview questions.
