I applied for the role via the company website. Several weeks later I received an email invitation for a phone interview. Interestingly, they didn't ask my availability, they just selected a time/date and directed me to confirm my availability. During the phone interview, the hiring manager cut me off while asking a question. At that point i decided this was not the opportunity for me and concluded the phone screen.
