Perforce Software Sr. Customer Success Manager, Delphix interview questions

I went through a comprehensive 5-stage interview process with this company, including creating and presenting a detailed deck, traveling to their London office, and investing significant time and energy—often during very busy periods at my current role. While the interviewers themselves were generally pleasant and engaging, the overall process left much to be desired. After weeks of interviews and preparation, the final communication I received was a brief, impersonal rejection email with no meaningful feedback whatsoever. For a company that emphasizes values like transparency and collaboration, this felt incredibly one-sided and dismissive. Constructive feedback is vital for candidates who invest significant time in these processes, and the lack of it—especially after multiple rounds—is both unprofessional and disappointing. I hope the company reconsiders how it handles candidate experiences in the future, especially for those who go through multiple stages and show genuine interest and effort.
