The interview process consisted of telephone screening by PDW staff, followed by a brief review of my driving record and completion of a multiple-choice driving skills test at the PDW-contracted test facility. After passing the written test, I was sent to perform a drug test and was scheduled for a 3-hour orientation session and paired with a lead driver for on-the-job training during my first driving shift.

I received a phone call then after a screening phone call passed that so then I went to what they called a group information center online. After got done with that 15 minutes section was contacted by HR was given an offer letter and then filled out my background check information and had to do a urine analysis.
