The interview was not exciting and they did not utilize their time well to get know the candidate's information. And some of them did not pay much attention in it.

Interview
Easy and super conversational, and they were great at communicating with me on timeline. Interview was more casual than I thought. They have 2 rounds of interviews for me, the first is with HR and one other person while the next one has more higher ups.

Interview
I made it through the first round of interviews and was told that I would get a second interview. The HR staff that was coordinating the process told me to expect a schedule to choose a time slot, but I never heard from her (even after follow up emails). It would have been nice if they just rejected me rather than string me along.
