When I arrived the person that was supposed to interview me was not there. 3 other people were there and halfway into it 3 others joined as well. Some of the information was repeated but a decision was made soon after.

It was casual and fun. We discussed my career goals, firm culture, previous experience and portfolio. I was given a tour of the office, they paid for my parking and bought me a coffee
