Brief, to the point and upbeat. Willing to answer all questions. The try to do back to back interviews when possible so you do not have to come back in. Overall it was a satisfying interview. You leave knowing if you got the job or not.
Very short, to the point with questions about yourself and your current career and it requires a phone call with the Salon Leader after the initial interview. You must also speak with the store leader

Applied online, received text messages, then received a phone call to set up an in person interview, showed up 2 managers were present, asked a few questions, professional and personal like where I want to go, what other experiences I have, thoughts on other things, 2 days later I believe it was, I got a call offering me the job and giving me the start day
You go in and talk to the store manager with the usual interview questions about strengths and weaknesses. No need to worry, very simple and easy. Process is very smooth
