Interview
The interview process was very quick and simple. The process included a one on one interview with the store manager which consists of basic questions. I was asked about prior experience in sales and the most important question was in regards to handling small animals and dealing with dogs. Everything else went straight forward and they asked about my schedule which they are very flexible with.
This interview was simple and easy. The manager had a laid back atmosphere. Straightforward interview with usual questions. Took about thirty minutes to finish and it was only one interview.
Managers are very nice but pay isn’t great. Interview was very easy. Great place to work, but hard to live off of the income they offer. Have to have a love and passion for animals
