Interview
I applied for the pet care associate position and the cashier position right before Christmas. Understandably, they did not get back to me until Jan 2nd. After that the process went very quickly. They called me for an interview for the cashier position and I believe we scheduled it for the next day. The hiring manager was really nice and the interview lasted about 10-15 minutes. When the interview was done she said she thought I would be a good fit. I did the drug test either that same day or the day after, and then a day or so after that I went to the store for training. They sit you in a back room on the computer and the online training takes a couple hours. You just watch a bunch of videos and take quizzes on them. Then a day or so after that I was able to start my first shift.

Tell me about your responsibilities that you had at your previous job.
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PetSmart (Plant City, FL)
Interview
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
