Interviewed with salon manager and was asked very basic interview questions about things like strengths&weaknesses. Afterwards the store manager came in and talked to me briefly. Like a week later they called me to say I was hired.
Very short, to the point with questions about yourself and your current career and it requires a phone call with the Salon Leader after the initial interview. You must also speak with the store leader

Applied online, received text messages, then received a phone call to set up an in person interview, showed up 2 managers were present, asked a few questions, professional and personal like where I want to go, what other experiences I have, thoughts on other things, 2 days later I believe it was, I got a call offering me the job and giving me the start day
You go in and talk to the store manager with the usual interview questions about strengths and weaknesses. No need to worry, very simple and easy. Process is very smooth
