Well it was pretty simple straight forward just didn't pay exactly what I was looking for. The person was honest with me in regards to what type of work would be done. We didn't go into to much detail after I found out I couldn't make what I needed to make.

What was I looking for in regards to how much I was looking to make?

Process is very straightforward. Interview with management on location which then becomes an offer or not on site immediately after the interview. Will ask willingness to learn certain roles as well.
A few questions about my experience and ability to unload truck palettes. The assistant manager was wonderful and showed me around a bit, didn’t make me feel nervous, and actively listened.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PetSmart (Stamford, CT) in May 2024

Very solid and professional. It was straight to the point and covered the basics as well as some other business details. I am appreciative of the interviewer for taking the time.
