From the start, the interview process was very unprofessional. My first interview was with a recruiter where he basically tore apart my resume and told me I was a better fit for a different position. I thought this seemed more like a resume workshop than an interview which was very unprofessional to me. He said a coding background was preferred for this position however, it did not have that in the description of the internship so how would anyone know that? He allowed me to send him an updated resume with more of my experience targeted toward another position they were offering. Then 2 weeks go by and he forgot to send me the link to sign up for a second round interview. He said he could have sworn he sent me the link but never did. So I then proceeded to sign up the day he sent me the link and the only available spots were the next two days. Therefore, I basically had no time to prepare because he forgot to send me the link. Then I signed up for a time the day after I received my email about a second round interview and I then received an email saying it was a faulty link and that time was no longer available. After emailing back and forth for days, I finally scheduled an interview for the next week. At the time and date of my interview, I clicked the link and joined and no one ever got on the call. I tried clicking the link several times and after sitting on this interview for 30 minutes with no one showing up, I would not recommend ever working for Petsmart. They don't care about their interns and they completely disregarded my time while standing me up for the interview. Overall, I was never sent the interview link till the day before, I was sent a faulty link, and no one showed up to interview. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.
