Pfizer Associate Scientist interview questions

Fairly straight forward. Phone interview, followed by an on-site interview and tour of facility, followed by an offer. Most of the interview was behavior based, but there were a few technical questions. It seemed like they cared more about how you think and you you are than what you know on the spot. Everyone I spoke with was enthusiastic about their job, the company, and the pharmaceutical industry. Overall, I had a very positive experience!

I was contacted by the hiring manager for a phone interview that lasted about an hour, after which I was invited to interview in person at their South San Francisco location. The interview lasted all day, from 8AM-3PM, and I was interviewed by 15 different people (from associate scientists to the director and HR staff). Overall I found the entire process (surprisingly) to be very enjoyable, the team members that I was lucky enough to meet were all very supportive, not to mention excited and knowledgable about their work.
