The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pfizer in Apr 2010
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a few weeks later. The lab manager just asked me a few questions about basic lab science (seemed like she just wanted to see if I paid any attention in class) and why I was interested in the position. It seemed like she was really busy because she was slow getting back to me, and even though I did great with all of her questions she said they decided to go with a local candidate instead.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience working with proteins, and what you've learned about how to handle them and any special considerations to keep in mind.
Hirevue with questions and a test. Learned about this opportunity online after looking at a bunch of different job boards. After that, you can get moved on depending on how you perform.
Interview was very simple. Single round behavioral and minimally technical regarding CV / resume stuff. Make sure you know Pfizer's special letters or smth since theyll ask that. Good luck!
