Interview with QA Manager and another senior QA specialist. HR needed a writeup on my Final year project because i was a physics graduate. So i had to provide my FYP thesis and also a simple writeup to HR. Manager was really friendly and informative during the interview, he also provided insightful description of the position and also other position available which i might be interested in.

The standard questions about yourself and your strength and weakness. The interview was pretty informal and the hiring manager was really friendly, it was more like a sharing session compared to an interview.

Interview
It took about 2 weeks for the interview invitation. The interview was online; there were two interviewers, and both were very welcoming and engaging. Upon offer, they gave a set date for onboarding (mass onboarding).

Interview
5 parts of interview. First was a call with 2 managers and HR. After selection, they will send a few behaviour/situational MCQs quizzes with 20qns each (what time do you wake up, how do you like to do your work, do you prefer working in a team etc) followed by a speed 30mins call with a hiring division in Ireland. Lastly was a test with 5 segments (English, situational, logic, calculations, English)
First round was a interview by hiring manager and HR. Hiring manager was friendly and behavioral questions were asked. Followed by second round of interview which involved pre-hire assessment tests.
