Interview
Relatively straight forward interviewing process with 4 rounds. First was a video recording interview, then a phone interview. After that, was a panel interview with the manager and someone else. Final round is the same thing! All STAR format led questions.
First you will review your Resume review. Then answer 4 star question. Then you will have the Opportunity to ask questions. Star questions are in line with Pfizer’s 4 core values. Equity. Courage. Joy. Excellence.

Took over a month. 1. Recording interview screener 2. Phone interview 3. In person with hiring manager 4. Final round with hiring manager and regional manager. The process was very straight forward and easy. It was all in star format

Emailed link to a video robo- interview. Timed questions and responses. No dialogue. Some practice time is allowed to get acquainted with the format. Took about 45-60 min from start to finish
