Pfizer Research & Development Rotational Program - Associate interview questions

I recently participated in a panel interview with Pfizer, which involved four interviewers from diverse backgrounds. As part of the process, I was required to prepare a presentation about myself, including a discussion of a previous research project and my reasons for wanting to be selected for the program. While the interview experience itself was moderately engaging, the overall process left much to be desired. Despite being informed that I would receive feedback within two weeks, I never received an official response from Pfizer. Given the time and effort invested in preparing for the interview, including an hour-long discussion, a formal communication regarding the outcome of my application would have been appreciated.
