Pfizer Process Operaator interview questions

Telephone interview then assement at the newbridge centre. Straight forward interview with questions about company. The telephone interview took 25 minutes and the Assement face to face to approx 3 hours

Aptitude Test: 4 hours long. 3 sections to the day. The first section is the aptitude test. 6 tests in total. 5 tests are 9 minutes long and 1 test is 12 minutes long. The tests include Numerical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning etc. The second session is a group discussion. The group is given a scenario and together they decide the best action to take. The third session is a questionnaire to be answered in your own time. Overall it's a very enjoyable day with everyone.
