First Round is a group role play where 10 people are given a scenario and have to talk through what they think is the best approach. on the same day you do your aptitude test. The best approach to this is to not spend too long on one answer but not to speed through the test either. They don't expect you to be able to answer all questions so get as many right as you can so if you're stuck on one skip and come back to it. after this you're given a questionnaire just to see your personality.
2nd round is one on one interview. Questions asked are very much "time when you showed leadership" , "time you had to make a decision" etc and you're encouraged to answer in the STAR technique - situation, task, analysis, result.
After this your sent for a medical test which is an eye test and pee sample. It took them a long time before they got back to me as to whether or not I got the role. One person was waiting longer than a month.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pfizer (Newbridge) in Sep 2017
Interview
First I got a phone interview which lasted 10 min. Then a day later I was contacted via email telling me to come to the assessment center in Kildare for an assessment. On arriving I registered in then we were told what we were going to do for the day. A group assessment where we would speak to each other on a topic here they just wanted to see how you work in a group. After that I had a personality test. Then 5 psychometric tests.
