Pfizer Senior Principal Scientist interview questions

Interview process seemed to go smoothy. Phone interview went well, and I got an invitation for an on-site interview. Everything went smoothly and I received positive feedback about my seminar. The problem i could not overcome was my age. A couple of months after interviewing I looked up the job title on Pfizer's LinkedIn page and could easily figure out who was offered the job. He was a candidate with only a couple of years of industry experience compared to my two decades of experience, but he was about 20 years younger than me. Ageism is alive and well in biopharma, as I have learned. I have read elsewhere that Pfizer is notorious for age discrimination, and my experience seems to verify that. By necessity I have switched to working in an area hospital that does not discriminate against older candidates.

three step process- two on site meetings with several rounds of colleagues, lunch meetings snd visit to the labs and one phone confirmation. overall, it was a good experience and learnt a lot from the visits and the roles that would be applicable to me
