Straight forward and standard interview with a panel of HR, hiring manager and senior manager. There were multiple candidates interviewing for multiple roles. Most candidates were young and fresh out of business and engineering schools. HR was helpful to guide thru the whole process

The first stage was an online HireVue interview. It included several personal and situational questions about how I would react in work-related situations. There were also three short game-based assessments. The process was clear, fully online, and not technically difficult.

They want someone with confidence and drive. The panel asked hypothetical questions about scenarios. They asked about priorities and organization and the ccna certification that's required. The interview process started with ats, AI virtual interview, HR, hiring manager, and then panel interview.
