I applied online. I interviewed at Philips (Bothell, WA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied online, was called for a phone screen by HR, then a phone screen by the hiring manager, and then was flown to Bothell, WA for an interview. I met with the hiring manager and representatives from two other departments. One of the scheduled interviewers did not show up at all.

Question 1
Don't you think that risk management is subjective?
Spoke with a recruiter who asked generic questions, followed by a few specific experience based questions. The generic questions were typical strength/weakness, tell me about a time you worked with a difficult team, etc
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Philips (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
First stage interview with the HR acquisition team member. Very rude. Just used old interview notes for a past role I applied for over a year ago. It was like she was just testing how much I knew about the company and was more interested in knowing why I was looking to move on from my previous role, rather than having more forward thinking conversations about this role and my experiences that I could bring to the company and the embraced culture. After all that, she asked a question about a particular experience which I hadn't had directly. She just made a call right then that I'm not the right fit which was odd given that she wasn't someone from a regulatory background as she was HR. Overall it made me feel quite worthless, the way the conversations went with her. As an ambitious company of this size, sometimes it just shows that one person can suddenly make the company look so bad.

Question 1
Why are you looking here? Why are you considering leaving your current role? What experience do you have in the regulatory area?
