Quick interview, they ask about your experience, then tell you about the job. Then offer you a position. They need a lot of workers to meet deadlines. All new hires will be trained on first shift, then eventually moved to 2nd or 3rd shift. 2nd and 3rd shift has very little supervision. If you dont mind the pay and hours, take the job. Theres alwats OT to work, and they supply you with all of the PPE you could ever need.
