1. CV Screening: Initial review to evaluate qualifications and alignment with the job requirements.
2. HireVue Interview: An automated video or AI-based assessment focusing on behavioral and situational responses.
3. Department Interview: In-depth discussion with the hiring team to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
First round being Online AI interview with games and questions which you need to record yourself with. Then they match you with teams.
Then second round with Hiring manager with average behavioral questions

It was conducted through the HireVue platform, which included two main components: a pre-set video interview and a gamified assessment.The entire process was efficient and well-structured, and I felt supported throughout by the clear instructions and the ability to complete the assessment at my own pace. The gamified aspect made the process enjoyable, while the video interview gave me the opportunity to present myself authentically.
