The interview process was firstly with the Talent acquisition specialist, where I answered questions about experience and what I would bring to the role. It was quite informal and over Teams. The second interview was with the current person in the role and the head of the people team. I had to do a Powerpoint presentation and then answer competency based questions. And I had one final interview with the MD and another senior leader and also spoke to people from the HR team as I would be working closely with these people. I found the experience really great. The process moved quite quickly and the communication with the Talent acquisition specialist was brilliant, they kept me updated throughout and gave me feedback. This was a refreshing change compared to other companies I have interviewed with at the same time.
