I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Philips (Latham, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
Initially HR contacted me from their main HR office in MA to set up a phone screen. That came a few days later and lasted about 15 minutes. Next I was brought on site to meet with the department leads. That lasted about 1.5 Hours. Next for my final interview I met with some team members I would be working with.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Philips (Singapore)
Interview
3 stages
1. phone interview by HR
typical behaviour questions.
2. Hiring managers
Interviewed by one hiring manager, one chief engineer and another department manager. The interview was all about technical questions which were pretty challenging for me.
3. Director of the hiring department
it was a relaxed interview. Not so much of technical question but rather more on the personal question.
