Interview
Recruiter asked me about my history and told me about the expectations of the job. I was then scheduled to meet with the hiring director, who went through my resume and cover letter item by item and asked me to explain everything that was on it. He did not seem to have any particular requirements in mind and it was a bit awkward. I never heard back from him, but apparently he hasn't made a final decision after 6 weeks. What the heck!?
