Got offered the interview at a career fair, they had me talk to two people at the career fair and if both like you, then you signed up for interview time. Interviewed next day: 3 of the people being interviewed were calling into a room together and we made small talk with a Interviewer who explained positions they had open. From there we separated into 3 rooms each with 2 interviewers and 1 student. Last an hour, I prepared very well I would think but wasn't prepared for an hour long interview haha their questions were pretty specific and hard to apply generic examples to each. Super easy to talk to people though. Wait time for an official offer is about a month (at least for my school because we're apparently early in their college recruiting program)
