I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Phillips 66
Interview
I applied on my college's website, and was given an interview. I brought my transcript and resume, and talked to other recruiters from Phillips before the official interview. The interview was very easy, just typical behavioral questions. I talked a little about some specific involvement on campus they knew about, and they said I just was too young as they mainly do juniors and seniors for internships.
Behavioral questions, looking for a good fit. Questions look for how you handled different situations, or what you learned from the situations. Questions were straight forward and were not made to trick people.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Phillips 66 (Bartlesville, OK) in Feb 2023
Interview
After submitting my application, I received a request to record videos and answer 3 questions. I followed the guidelines and completed the task, but I never heard back from you.
