Received an interview after our campus career fair. Interview process was really laid back and the recruiter was very personable. Info session was very helpful and they ask if you were able to attend. They interview a lot of people but the interview is behavioral and follows the standard “tell me about a time when”

I was contacted by phone to make an appointment for an interview. The first interview was short, maybe 15 minutes. She was very complimentary, and would have hired me on the spot if she could. She told me that. I was called in for a second interview with same supervisor and another person not in the department. He was very intimidating, not at all friendly, very cold. Interview was about 45 minutes long, and I left thinking I had the position.
