Photon Consulting interview questions

For anyone who is planning to interview stay away from this company and don’t waste your time. I Interviewed for photon recently for a consulting role with their client in NJ area, I never had such a pathetic interview before in my life, they recorded the interview to show it to the hiring manager, as per them the hiring manager did not have time to join and they had some person from photon sitting and just ask a bunch of questions who did not have any knowledge, half of the questions did not make any sense as per job description. The most iconic part the recruiter on initial call mentioned that if you get this role, you will have to sign a contract with us that you cannot leave the job for next 2 years or you might have to pay damages of upto 10k USD depending upon when you quit the job. I have never seen this before in my career working in US as a consultant. Stay away from this firm, they will just take advantage of you especially if you are on a work visa.
