A technical interview and logical code test on the same day. The technical interview asked common questions involving technologies and practices that are widely used in tech company these days (e.g. CI/CD, git flow, sync/async).
For the coding test, don't worry about being told to code data structures, trees, or explaining big O notation, they don't have that which is good. But still, it doesn't test your development skill, just pure logic.
The second phase is a psychological test and an English test. The psychological test is whatever. The English test challenges your contextual grasp of the language and the ability to actually have a coherent conversation.
