The worst experience I ever had. I'm writing this review because others should not waste their time by going through all rounds of discussion for interviews with Photon. After all the discussions are over they will collect all your documents saying that it is mandatory background verification first before releasing the offer which is also fine. But they will not commit to releasing the offer if everything is fine with verification. Also during the initial discussion, they will agree to your expected salary but at the end, they will say that they decide based on the background verification process what should be the package. Also, they don't give insurance to your spouse and kids in the family. It is only for the employee here. No value to the employee's family also. I have never seen this kind of process with any other CMMI level 5 companies. Don't waste your time and try to avoid all this nonsense.
