As a candidate, I expect to be treated with respect and common courtesy during the interview process. Secondly, I was disappointed with the technical interview. It felt like all the questions were read from a list, with no opportunity for dialogue. The questions were often unclear, and the interviewer was unable to provide clarification. I felt that this hindered my ability to demonstrate my technical skills and knowledge effectively.
