Interview
1st round is a discussion on Resume, Case Studies. Then a Powerpoint presentation for a proposal. 2nd round of interview is final with a senior executive. The HR then takes the salary discussion

Prepare for a case study in digital - usually a business case for a mobile application.
I was recently interviewed by a so-called "panel" of a bunch of outdated people who called themselves as professionals with cutting edge technology and current market awareness.
They have no clue on current market trends or latest tools in the market in the software tech industry. STUCK IN EARLY 2000''s and very old-school cookie cutter questions that were so dated and obsolete. As a 17-year IT professional with work experience at Fortune 500 companies, it made me believe as if travelling through an old time machine during the interview !!!!
In this day and age of Gen AI and chatGPT, they are completely oblivious of advancement in programing or coding practices. Expecting a manager to open an IDE and code line-by-line, clearly highlights lack of judgement on what to ask someone seeing a management and leadership position

Had 4 rounds
1-HR Round
2-Peer round
3- Round with the COO
4- Round with the SVP(my future Boss)
Everything went smoothly until the salary negotiation started and they suddenly stopped contacting me and told me their band for my experience is 30-40% less than my expectation which was made very clear before the first round. The COO round was very unprofessional in nature.
After the process the recruiter said I have been selected and would be released an offer in a few days' time. The days turned into weeks and the recruiter did not have any answers as to why there is a delay. They wanted to bring down my salary to the same level as it was before joining them.
