I am writing to express my disappointment with the way my recruitment process was handled. I successfully completed 3 rounds of interviews, underwent BGV verification, and received a conditional offer letter. I was informed that only one final client discussion remained. However, after that point, I did not receive any updates despite following up multiple times over a span of 1.5 months. Finally, I was informed that the client was not proceeding with my profile. This lack of transparency and prolonged silence is extremely unprofessional, especially after advancing so far in the process. I hope the company reflects on improving communication and setting clearer expectations with candidates in the future.
