Interview
It was a group interview with the store manager and the assistant store manager with 4 other applicants. They started with telling us a bit about the sales associate role and how their holiday season works and asked us a few questions about our retail sales experience. They then told us about their history with the company. Then we did 3 sales role plays out on the sales floor with each other in front of the manager and assistant manager.

They asked us what we would do if we saw another employee breaking a policy or rule? Would we report it to our manager, would we pretend like we didn't see it and mind our own business or would we confront the other employee?

Interview
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
