She went over the position and all the duties. I applied for ASM and that position was already filled. She told me about the Sales Leader position and I decided part time was better for me anyways.

Interview process included phone and in person interview. Questions ranged from background history basic work and skills questions and more advanced situational questions. Examples of questions included positive and difficult customer experiences and sales based questions and how I walked through a sales situation in the past

The whole process was easy going and fast. The staff was professional and polite. It is very sad this company no longer exists in brick and mortar stores but only online.

Interview
The interview was easy and straightforward. They don't take up too much time with unnecessarily long interviews. I had one interview with the store manager. She asked the basic questions you'd expect for retail. They are focused on customer service.
