Give you a over the phone interview before the in store interview. Asks typically the normal retail interview questions. Does back ground check. Asks about sales and retail experience. Tell me about a time you had an upset customer and what did you do to? Why did you leave your last job? After the interview they call you and say they enjoyed interviewing with you and either gives you a offer or tells you why they didnt.

Interview process included phone and in person interview. Questions ranged from background history basic work and skills questions and more advanced situational questions. Examples of questions included positive and difficult customer experiences and sales based questions and how I walked through a sales situation in the past

The whole process was easy going and fast. The staff was professional and polite. It is very sad this company no longer exists in brick and mortar stores but only online.

Interview
The interview was easy and straightforward. They don't take up too much time with unnecessarily long interviews. I had one interview with the store manager. She asked the basic questions you'd expect for retail. They are focused on customer service.
