Was contacted for a phone interview and they were flexible with my current work schedule in setting this up. Phone interview was pretty easy, just some standard questions about what I currently did. Took awhile, but eventually I got an in person interview. Again, flexible with my work schedule. It was a panel interview with the Engineering manager, HR my future eng lead and another end lead. Questions were pretty basic and I really only got stumped on one, but that didn't seem to be a big deal. They really just wanted to know how I'd handle things that might come up. Followed up with a plant tour. I asked lots of questions.
