Pima County (Arizona) Software Engineer interview questions

Had a two rounded interview, first round is technical questions and second round is pure behaviour. First round most about web and SQL. The whole process took about a month.

I was met by the team I would be working with and they asked the standard questions about what you would do if you conflicted with another person at work and how do you pick up or learn new technologies. The team was super nice and had a supportive demeanor. They offered quickly after the interview and I quickly accepted and was given a start date about two weeks away. The day before I start, I get a call that there is a hiring freeze. I don't know how normal this is with this organization but it's something that should be known.
