I applied on line. After a while they sent me a link to take the cognitive assessment CCAT.
After some more time they asked me for a phone interview.
At the end of the interview they told me that I did not pass the assessment and I have to take it again, and they will give me 5 extra minutes this time, and that without passing they can't present me to the hiring manager.
5 more minutes does not make any difference to me or maybe to anybody, I mean if I did not pass the first time why waste my time??? I will not pass the second time either, no matter 5 extra minutes.
If the test is a barrier in finding employees then just get rid of it.
A disappointing experience.
3 step interview process, interviewers were very kind and communicative throughout the entire process, except never got a final response. Recruiter call, interview with hiring manager, on-site technical and behavioural interview.

I applied through my college. It’s a good company, and they asked about the college project I included in my resume. It was a nice experience, with a total of three rounds:
Aptitude round
Technical interview
Managerial round
1. test with intreviewers 2. another test 3. hr after the first intreview the intreviewer decide if go on with the proccess or not according to the answers that were in the intreview.
